paragraph scene

In the Handling Run scene in the film ‘The World’s Fastest Indian’ director Roger Donaldson uses camera shots effectively to show the emotions of the characters.

At the end of the scene where Burt finished his practice run and got told that he was allowed to race on the track and be timed he was speechless. A mid shot camera angle of the two event hosts and burt showed how happy he was and how surprised everyone was of how fast his bike is even though he couldn’t get it out of gear two. The director of this scene used these mid shots and close up shots to show the emotions on everyone’s faces. In this scene there was also happy music as soon as he found out his dream had come true.
